Oh, and Santa will be taking requests in Pioneer Village!

The Rome family of nearby Hoover like to get into the Christmas spirit, too. Each year, they build a mesmerizing Christmas lights display that outshines anyone on the block. Their creativity won them several awards and prizes over the years, and 2018’s display is certain to be bigger than the last.
Drive by 1424 Eden Ridge Drive in Hoover, AL, and have your camera ready.

Head to the Huntsville Botanical Gardens between now and the end of 2018 to witness well-lit perfection known as the Huntsville Galaxy of Lights. In celebration of Subaru selling their one-millionth vehicle equipped with EyeSight® technology, we originally planned to give you a million Christmas-y destinations to visit in Alabama. Instead, you get 10 Birmingham Christmas lights displays, because our marketing department didn’t have 100 hours to write a blog. (It was probably for the best.)
